Regional Sales Manager / North West
Reporting to Key areas of responsibility will include: Recruitment - Ensure that - Ensure that recruitment costs are kept within stipulated annual budgets. - Ensure that all new staff understand and observe - Ensure that ongoing training is provided as necessary so that designers achieve and maintain company standards and targets. - Ensure each designer’s progress is constantly under review with regard to improving/maintaining - Conduct regular appraisals on each designer - Lead by example and deal with any staffing problems promptly and in accordance with company procedures - Organise and conduct regular Sales meetings ensuring that all designers attend - Record sales and designer/customer activity on a daily basis - Analyse and report sales figures to - Ensure that designer paperwork is accurate and processed on time - Chase all outstanding orders and follow-up on finance documentation - Deal with and negotiate any customer complaints. - Ensure that all company rules and procedures are fully observed.
