Job Description:

To support the further growth of our client’s operations they are looking for a highly motivated MLM expert to become the Country Manager for their office in Serbia.

 

Key areas of responsibility will include:

 

·     Manage the country operations in conjunction with corporate standards to grow sales and market share

·     Development and implementation of a country business plan incl. marketing plans and strategies, product mix and positioning, packaging and labelling, pricing, and business development plans

·     Identification of customers’ needs and high growth areas/trends to target marketing and sales programmes

·     Developing recruitment and retention programmes and marketing campaigns to build customer base and loyalty, increase retention rate and distributor productivity levels

·     Participation with direct selling industry associations and establishment of good relations with media and relevant authorities

·     Management of staff in accordance with corporate policies and labour legislation; training/coaching and motivation of employees

·     Preparation and controlling of annual budget

·     Protection of the companies’ assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

·     Recommendation and implementation of continuous improvement strategies

·     Submission of reports and analysis and other duties and responsibilities that may be required for special projects

 

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

 

·     You are an experienced manager with significant work experience in MLM and 3 years leadership experience, based on a degree in business administration or equivalent education.

·     You have extensive knowledge of the local market, product management and licensing requirements, and the ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities.

·     You possess entrepreneurial spirit and strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, to include conflict management skills.

·     You are a motivated leader with excellent time management and organisational skills and IT proficiency, especially in the use of the MS-Office package.

·     You can communicate fluently in the local language and English.
