In brief, the successful candidate will possess the following experience, skills and qualifications:

1. CPA necessary.

2. Proven management experience in an accounting position.

3. Former work with a foreign company preferred.

4. Good understanding of Polish tax issues.

5. Understanding of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principals) and Poland GAAP differences.

6. Hard working.

7. Can read and write in English.  English speaking a plus.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

9. Familiar with accounting systems.  Knowledge of NaVision would be a plus, but is not necessary.
